A play on 'The Philosopher King' from Plato's 'Republic.' History has demonstrated that philosophers don't particularly make good leaders of nations; however, philosophers do make excellent custodians. If you have ever worked a labor intensive job (mowing, plowing, sweeping, etc.) and began wondering about your place in the universe (whether you call that God's plan or fate), then you probably know what I am talking about.
